An event sales executive role is fast paced and dynamic, a real passion for closing deals and securing sales is needed. As a Conference Sales Executive you will generate leads, communicate with conference delegates, and close their participation various forums, conferences and seminars. The marketing manager will be responsible for developing strategies and executing marketing campaigns to drive high-level audiences for Amistat Group.


Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive conference registration across multiple channels including print and digital advertising, e-mail marketing, social media and partnership development.
Oversee the creation of all conference marketing materials including the conference Web sites, print and banner ads, e-mails and event programs.
Manage social media marketing efforts on behalf of New York Times conferences including Twitter and LinkedIn channels; working closely with the social media marketing team and corporate communications team.
Oversee the creation of all marketing materials to support the production of conference Webcasts and to drive viewers of the Webcasts.
Liaise with sponsorship team on pre-event sponsor activation elements
Manage the creation of promotional videos for each conference for use as sponsorship sales and audience development tools.
Successfully work as a member of a cross-functional conference team composed of members from departments across the organization including event marketing, social media marketing, advertising sales, creative services and corporate communications.


Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate confidently to a group and to senior management.
Creative thinker, self starter and problem solver

Ability to travel when job demands.
Great Knowledge of Excel and handling big data.


At Amistat Group we create high-level conferences for a wide range of industries and vocations which focus on topical economic, policy and commercial issues. They are attended by politicians, senior business leaders and leading academics, who participate as both speakers and delegates.

Your key tasks will be to conduct conference topic research, write marketing copy and invite speakers. You will receive extensive one-on-one training and be able to quickly take control of your events under the supervision of the Head of Production.
